Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following areas:
France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
In general, the estimated times are as follows:

Metropolitan France: Between 2 and 5 business days after shipment.

International: Between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.
These times may be extended during peak demand periods or holidays. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the amount of your order and the destination. You can view the estimated fees before finalizing your order at checkout.

Standard delivery in Metropolitan France: From €50, delivery is free. Below this amount, the fee is €3.95.

International delivery: Fees are calculated based on the destination of the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow the progress of your package. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Delays
Although we strive to meet the indicated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or postal service delays. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us at contact@mianyalvie.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Pick-Up Point Delivery (if applicable)
If you prefer to collect your order at a pick-up point, you can select this option when confirming your order. Delivery times to pick-up points vary between 2 and 5 business days depending on the location.
Packaging
We take special care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged or if you notice a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Issues
If you notice a problem with the delivery (missing product, wrong product received, damaged package), please contact our customer service at contact@mianyalvie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided when placing the order is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for address errors. If an incorrect address is provided, this may result in additional fees or delivery delays.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Mianyalvie, we are committed to offering you high-quality cosmetic products and a pleasant shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we provide a returns and exchanges policy in accordance with applicable legislation.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay a penalty.
However, due to the nature of our cosmetic products, returns are not accepted for products that have been used or opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. We therefore encourage you to carefully check your order upon receipt.
Return Conditions

Unopened products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Opened or used products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or tested.

Return period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the following conditions apply:

Unopened products: If you have changed your mind about a product and it is still sealed and unused, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Defective product: If the product you received is defective, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund, depending on your preference, after verifying the defect.
How to request an exchange

Contact us: Send an email to contact@mianyalvie.com to inform us of your wish to exchange an item, specifying your order number and the products concerned.

Exchange instructions: After validation of your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the exchange.

Return of products: You must return the unused product in its original condition. If you are making an exchange, we will ship the replacement product after receiving and validating your return.
Refunds
If a product is returned under the right of withdrawal and no exchange is requested, the refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your order, unless otherwise agreed.
